Our office building, available for rent starting January 1, 2027, is a property with exceptional features.

It is an ideal option not only for office use but also for activities involving public traffic, such as retail space or a medical office.
The property’s total net area is 188 m², excluding restrooms and the optional reception area. The space available for rent consists of separate office rooms of various sizes, meeting rooms, waiting and reception areas, as well as hallways and service rooms.
