Dorottya Udvar may beat the record this year

Dorottya Udvar takes the lead on Budapest's most vibrant office market, that of South Buda: the office building’s new tenants have signed contracts for nearly 5,000 square meters of office space by the end of October this year, while existing customers extended their lease on nearly 2,500 square meters. With the new contracts and extensions, Dorottya Udvar closes an outstanding year this year, with record high occupancy levels.

30% of all office area is expected to be green by the end of 2015

In 2014 green office area continued to grow rapidly, now the stock of green offices is exceeding 23% of the entire stock. Taking into consideration the size of offices currently being under certification, this number will grow to 30% by the end of 2015. – said Norbert Szircsák, Senior Associate at Colliers International’s Green Advisory Services on the occasion of releasing the real estate consultant firm’s yearly green certification report.

Additional 100,000 sq m green office area on the Budapest office market

Colliers International has been assigned to certify CA Immo’s office portfolio consisting 6 office buildings totalling 100,000 sq m according to the LEED rating system– informed the OGH News Agency Norbert Szircsák, Senior Associate of Green Advisory Services at Colliers International.
