Veeva Moves to Alkotás Point

Veeva Systems Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based software for the life sciences industry, signed a long-term lease for 1,300 square meters of space in the Alkotás Point office building. With this deal the building’s occupancy has increased to over 90 percent. CBRE represented the landlord during the negotiations, while Eston introduced the tenant into the building.

IVG has prolonged lease contract for 8000 sqm

One of IVG’s most significant tenants prolonged its lease contract to nearly 8000 sqm in Infopark E, D and RiverPark – offices buildings managed by IVG. IVG closed a succesful first semester: By the end of June, Infopark E office building reached 86 % and Infopark D 94% occupancy rate. Similarly, 85% of RiverPark Offices has been rented out.

Occupancy of Office Garden I nearly reached 90%

Office Garden I represented by Robertson Hungary has won a new tenant therefore occupancy of the office building nearly reached 90%. BME- Infokom Innovator Nonprofit Kft., concerned in Research and Development activities has rented the entire second floor of Office Garden I.
