During 2018 the total commercial real estate investment transaction volume passed the €1.8 billion level in Hungary, marking the third consecutive year of stable and strong investor appetite and the highest annual transaction volume since 2007– according to JLL Hungary's latest forecast.
As more companies of all shapes and sizes choose turn to flexible space – whether its hot-desking areas in buildings they already occupy or taking space in independently owned coworking set-ups - it's fast becoming part of modern working life and a small but increasingly significant part of Europe's office markets.
JLL has advised the Seller on the disposal of the K6 office building located in Budapest.
Over the past year, Office Group of JLL Hungary doubled the number of its office leasing assignments, currently representing 276,000 square meters of office space as an exclusive or co-exclusive agency. With the help of JLL Hungary's tenant representation services, evosoft Hungary Kft., owned by Siemens, moves to an office of more than 20,000 square meters. The headquarters is expected to be delivered in January 2021 developed by WING Zrt.
In the first quarter of 2018 one of the significant deals of JLL's office leasing division was the leasing agreement with MITO advertising agency who is moving to 3,000 square meters in Central Palace, whereby JLL represented the landlord Kuantum Kft. The advertising agency will occupy its new office in Q3 2018.
As the result of JLL's latest successful tenant representation a new Shared Service Center enters Hungary and signed a long-term office leasing agreement.
With the contribution of JLL TulipánTündér Produkciós Non-Profit Kft. found its new exhibition spot in Párisi Nagyáruház where the tenant will occupy 1,600 sq m. In the transaction JLL represented the landlord, Divatcsarnok Projekt Zrt.
