For light industry activities, for the manufactory production of our own branded small series clothes, we are looking for office-type real estate, real estate in the countryside, in a rural city. We plan to equip ourselves in the right place with our brand new machines. Requirements: own water block (with washbasin, 1 washing machine and dryer for operation with stand and space); a separate 15-20 m2 room for storing raw materials and ready-made clothes; a smaller separate room and one or 2 larger single-space rooms for design and sewing activities.
