JLL advise TPG on the acquisition of TriGranit, one of the leading developer in CEE

TPG Real Estate, the real estate arm of global private investment firm TPG has closed its acquisition of TriGranit, one of the main fully integrated, real estate platforms in Central Europe. As part of the transaction, TPG acquired the platform along with a portfolio of office and retail assets located in Poland (Bonarka Shopping Centre, B4B), Hungary (Millennium City Centre Offices) and Slovakia (Lakeside Park office building, Metropolis – 47,5 ha land near Bratislava) with additional development sites in the same countries and Croatia.

New office building from TriGranit in Krakow

Comfortable, functional, set in convenient location and repeatedly awarded for the best public space - Bonarka for Business (B4B) opens another office building in Krakow, Poland. The new office building E with its 10.000 sqm GLA is the fifth of the Class A objects in the B4B project, that is nowadays the most popular and respected office park in Krakow. At completion, the B4B project will consist of 11 buildings with a total area of 100.000 sqm GLA in an overall investment amount of EUR 200 million.

ING Bank arranges EUR 193 million refinancing for TriGranit’s Bonarka City Center

ING Bank Śląski S.A. and ING Bank N.V. have jointly signed a EUR 193 million term loan facility to refinance senior debt related to the Bonarka City Center (BCC) shopping mall. The mall has been developed by TriGranit Development Corporation, one of the largest privately owned development corporations in Europe. The loan for Bonarka City Center was closed on 27th February.
