The fifth, 25,053 m2 ‘F’ building of the A+ category Váci Greens office complex, already having a 67% occupancy rate, has received the occupancy permit as well. The first tenants are going to move in in June.

An international service provider will rent approx. 4,000 sq m office space with additional expansion areas in the newest, Building “F” at Váci Greens office park. With the arrival of the new tenant in June 2020, the occupancy rate of the building will be around 50%.

The Hungarian insurance company, NN Biztosító, signed a 5,500 m2 office lease agreement in the next building of Váci Greens, Building F, which is still under construction. The construction of the 24,300 m2 Váci Greens F is in full swing and according to plans, with its first tenant moving in June 2020.

Ford is the newest tenant of Váci Greens Building D

Worldwide one of the largest automotive company, Ford has chosen Váci Green Building D for its European Business Service Centre business unit. The transaction was supported by CBRE as the representative of Ford Motor Company and Cushman & Wakefield as the representative of the developer Atenor.

GE Opened a Cosy Restaurant for its Employees

GE opened a special canteen in Váci Greens office building for its own employees. The 1100 sq m restaurant on the ground floor of building B was constructed by DVM group, and was designed to create a cosy eatery and meeting place for the leading global digital company’s personnel.

Váci Greens’ Building "C" is managed by CBRE

CBRE's Asset Services department won the property management mandate of Váci Greens' Office Building “C” of the Atenor Group. The 18,000 sq m office building has excellent sustainability indicators, and now will be managed by the Asset Services department of CBRE.
