The new headquarters of Raiffeisen Bank will be realised with the assistance of DVM group

The project management division of DVM group won the tender for the full technical tenant representation of Raiffeisen Bank and the technical supervision of the bank’s new HQ offices at Agora Budapest. At the beginning of next year, Raiffeisen Bank will move over 1300 of its employees from two current locations to the first building of the new city center of the Váci Office Corridor, developed by HB Reavis.

DVM group to Construct a New Hotel for B&L Gruppe in Budapest at Keleti Railway Station

DVM group signed a contract with German developer B&L group to build a hotel at Baross square, Budapest. The new player on the Hungarian market entrusted DVM group with the construction planning and the construction works of their hotel project in Budapest. This mandate is one of the largest instructions DVM group has won on the Hungarian market to date. Planning and preparations already started early November.

A Destination, Not Just a Workplace

In October 2017 the Hungarian representation of one of the world’s largest travel e-commerce companies moved to a new office within their former office complex, now residing in the Platina Tower of Bank Center. The design, construction and project management works of the attractive, almost 470 sq m unit of Booking.com were all done by DVM group.

GE Opened a Cosy Restaurant for its Employees

GE opened a special canteen in Váci Greens office building for its own employees. The 1100 sq m restaurant on the ground floor of building B was constructed by DVM group, and was designed to create a cosy eatery and meeting place for the leading global digital company’s personnel.

Leading Healthcare Company Expands in Park Atrium

The Hungarian affiliate of one of the leading healthcare companies of the world created its new office spaces with the help of DVM group in Park Atrium office building. The company has already been present in several blocks and levels of the building, with its new leases occupying nearly 730 square meters on the 1st floor of B2 and up to 360 square meters on the ground floor of B4. The international company entrusted DVM group with design and construction tasks, while project management was provided by the global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.

Váci 1 and Eiffel Palace win 3 European Property Awards

The London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square was home to the European Property Awards Gala Dinner held last Thursday, attracting over 500 guests from across Europe. Váci 1 and Eiffel Palace, Horizon Development’s two redeveloped heritage buildings – both designed and built by DVM group – scooped up three amazing awards at the event.
